AQUA CROSS TRAINING®

Continuous Training Conditions

 

  • In order to have access to AQUA CROSS TRAINING® , you must have previously completed the certification, as well as the place where you intend to implement and develop the practice of the modality, comply with the rules of use established by the company AQUA INNOVATION;

  • After fulfilling the obligations described in the previous paragraph, it is possible to access continuous training through our digital platform AQUA INNOVATION, by taking a quarterly subscription (25EUR) for a minimum period of 12 months. The subscription will be activated on the day of certification;

​

  • After 12 months the subscription will remain active, unless COACH asks you to unsubscribe via email info@aquainnovation.pt.

​

  • Access to the platform is always available as long as COACH keeps the payment of direct debits updated and balanced;

​

  • In case COACH cancels the subscription through your bank, you will be immediately prevented from accessing all content on the AQUA INNOVATION platform;

​

  • The completion of certification and subscription allows COACH to use the name and branding AQUA CROSS TRAINING® in your classes;

​​

  • COACH will receive through the AQUA INNOVATION digital platform the marketing pack with six-monthly renewal, which includes posters, flyers and layouts for social networks;

​​

  • Services included in Continuous Training:

     i) Sending 1 training plan per week with visual instruction video of contents and respective regressions and progressions of the exercises, with and without material (adaptation to each specific context), following the AQUA CROSS TRAINING® methodology and prescription;

       ii) Quarterly sending of a musical playlist for the different moments of the class with a minimum duration of 45 minutes (includes moments for the warm up, mobility, tabatas and Wod's and relaxation).

  • All content available on the platform is for the sole and exclusive use of certified COACH, which will have individual and non-transferable access;

​

  • Replication and sharing of any content made available for profit and/or non-profit purposes is expressly prohibited, and property rights are reserved exclusively to AQUA INNOVATION. Failure to comply with this condition is subject to the application of the respective legal steps.
